Welcome to the Hamilton Creek Metropolitan District Website
The Hamilton Creek Metropolitan District (HCMD) is a Title 32 Special District that provides services for water, streets, open space, and limited individual septic system maintenance. The HCMD was formed in 1984 to service the Hamilton Creek neighborhood located north of Silverthorne, Colorado. The HCMD is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors.
The Hamilton Creek Association is a separate entity from the HCMD and it is responsible for the enforcement of covenants, architectural review, restrictions and conditions affecting the community. The Hamilton Creek Association website can be found here.
